Lush is seeking a Store Manager for the St Albans store to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences that bring customers back.

You will drive sales, manage stock and budgets, recruit and develop staff, and plan events with the PR team, all while upholding Lush guidelines and values. This permanent, full-time role offers 32–40 hours weekly and a salary of £33,750 per year, plus a strong benefits package.
