Women’s First Team Assistant Head Coach — Lead Tactics

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking an experienced Women’s First Team Assistant Head Coach to work with the Head Coach on selection, preparation and player development to compete at the FA Women’s Super League peak.

You will lead tactical and technical prep, collaborate with our analysis team on game-specific strategies, and ensure every player is structurally and mentally prepared to succeed within our game model.
