Hybrid Change & Continuous Improvement PM (Housing)

Niyaa People is seeking a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager for a well-established Housing Association in Peterborough. Lead cross‑functional change and CI initiatives, map processes and embed a continuous improvement culture across the organisation.

The role requires extensive social housing experience, strong PM and process-mapping skills, and ability to produce business cases and PID/ROI documents. Hybrid working with office presence in Peterborough is offered.
