Job Description:
MCR Property Group seeks a diligent Site Manager for a busy Manchester office refurbishment and redevelopment program. You will lead the on-site team, manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met with strict cost control.
You will develop detailed plans, supervise health and safety, coordinate design information from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6, and report to the Construction Director on progress and risks.
