Site Manager – ED2 Framework (Substations, OHL)

OCU Group, on behalf of SHEPD, is seeking a Site Manager to lead ED2 framework works across Substation, Civils, Cabling and OHL in the Shetland area.

You will oversee on-site teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with SSEN and local authorities, and deliver projects to programme and quality standards.

This permanent, full-time role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with responsibility for RAMS, QA, and site documentation.
