Lead Site Manager – Social Housing Kitchen & Bath Refurbs

Randstad CPE is seeking a Site Manager for a major social housing refurbishment programme in Northampton. The role focuses on high-volume kitchen and bathroom replacements within occupied properties, coordinating sub-contractors and maintaining safety and quality on site.

The successful candidate will have SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS cards (White or Black), with a proven track record in social housing refurbishments and strong tenant liaison skills.
