Financial Reporting Manager – IFRS & Audit Lead (Banking)

ClearBank is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting across the Group, delivering high-quality IFRS-compliant reporting and statutory accounts for UK and European entities. You will chair the production of the Group Annual Report & Accounts and coordinate with regulators and auditors.

The role requires strong technical accounting, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage end-to-end reporting timetables in a regulated banking environment.
