The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will engage in a broad range of responsibilities and gain extensive exposure to various aspects of funds work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating key fund documents such as limited partnership agreements, PPM’s, and subscription documents.
- Leading fund formation processes for private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and credit funds.
- Providing regulatory advice on matters like AIFMD and financial promotions.
- Mentoring junior associates and playing a role in shaping the team’s business development efforts.
Your Profile
- 4-6 PQE in funds (Common law candidates are also welcomed)
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating essential fund documents and managing closed‑ended fund formations.
- A strong grasp of fund structures, relevant regulations, and financial laws.
- Proven ability to handle client relationships and intricate transactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong academic background and a knack for problem-solving.
