Finance Partner – Property Development & Cost Optimization

Kenny Recruit are working with a fast-growing, nationwide property business to appoint a Finance Business Partner in Liverpool. You will oversee finances for developments, manage budgeting and cost tracking, and drive value creation across the construction arm.

Ideal candidate is newly qualified or studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with strong Excel, data and insight mindset, and the confidence to engage with non-finance stakeholders in a commercially minded environment.
