CNC Machining Technician – Automotive Plant

BMW Group in Coleshill, England, is seeking a Skilled Machining Associate to operate and maintain a group of CNC machines within a highly automated manufacturing system, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.

You will maximise machine uptime, monitor material flow, change tools, validate quality, and respond to faults. The role supports TPM, 5S and 6S practices, with responsibilities for data input, trend analysis and co-ordinating planned stoppages to minimise impact.
