Cash Management & Liquidity Lead

Barclays is seeking a Cash Management Manager to design and operate the end-to-end cash management capability within a UK-regulated EMI. You will oversee daily cash flows, forecasting, and bank connectivity to support merchants and the migration to a new platform.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, building scalable processes from scratch, optimising intraday liquidity, and managing relationships with banking partners and internal units.
