About the Practice
My lovely client in Sittingbourne, Kent is looking to welcome a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to its friendly, progressive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice where high-quality patient care, teamwork, and employee wellbeing are equally valued. The successful candidate will join an experienced team comprising three Veterinary Surgeons, five Registered Veterinary Nurses, a Veterinary Care Assistant, and four Receptionists, all working collaboratively to provide excellent patient care. The practice is well equipped with digital radiography, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and an expanding range of diagnostic equipment, including dental radiography coming soon. A varied surgical caseload, including orthopaedic procedures, provides excellent opportunities to develop and maintain clinical skills.

Owned and led by a Veterinary Surgeon and a Registered Veterinary Nurse, the practice is built on an understanding of the realities of clinical life. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in small animal practice and be confident with routine consultations, surgery, and medical investigations. They will enjoy working collaboratively, communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
Working Patterns
The practice offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible working patterns, including school-friendly hours where possible. There are no out-of-hours commitments, and the role includes participation in a one-in-three Saturday rota (9:00am–6:00pm).

- Salary of up to £65,000 FTE, depending on experience.
