Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team, focusing on non-contentious Wills, Probate and Trusts. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day care and conduct of client files, ensuring that all files and papers comply with the requirements of the Law Society, the SRA, and our Practice’s management systems. You will provide expert advice to clients on their specific matters, conducting thorough research, preparing documents, and corresponding in accordance with clients’ instructions.
