Hybrid Team Leader, Licensing & Corporate Legal

Leeds City Council is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Licensing, Communities & Corporate Legal Section. You’ll lead lawyers and support staff, oversee complex cases, and drive service improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners across Leeds.

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEx with practising certificate and be prepared to work in a hybrid setting at Civic Hall, Leeds. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on legal work.
