Overview

This role is for a commercially focused lawyer who works closely with businesses and advises on a broad range of commercial matters. The successful candidate will develop expertise alongside experienced colleagues, manage a varied caseload, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the development of the department.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 Years PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle a varied caseload.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of clients’ wider business objectives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
