Lead Flight Test Engineer – Stratospace Campaigns

AALTO, based in Farnborough, seeks an experienced Principal Flight Test Engineer to join the Flight Test Engineering team. You will report to the Director of Flight Test Engineering and oversee test activities from requirements gathering to certification testing.

You will manage ground and flight test campaigns, coordinate reviews, and drive informed decisions through findings. AALTO operates globally with hybrid work arrangements and international deployments.
