Senior HV Substations Lead Engineer – up to 400kV

BakerHicks is seeking a Principal/Lead Primary Design Engineer for HV substations up to 400kV to join our Power team in the UK. You will lead technical excellence, drive primary design, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will manage a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensure deliverables meet standards, and support bids and project delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.
