Senior IC Test Engineer on Advantest V93000

IC Resources is seeking a Senior IC Test Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimise semiconductor test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform. You will support wafer and package testing from evaluation to mass production, collaborating with design, validation and offshore OSAT partners.

Based in the United Kingdom, the role requires strong experience in ATE testing, high-speed mixed-signal IC testing, and PCB design knowledge. You will work with offshore test environments and travel as needed.
