Senior IT Applications & Support Lead

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a senior IT technician to provide first-line support and training for the LiquidLogic social care and education applications. You will answer user queries, resolve issues and guide users while coaching junior staff and monitoring workload on key projects.
