Multi Trader – Voids
Location: Crawley
We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out void refurbishments, helping turn empty properties into safe, high-quality homes.
Key Duties
- Strip‑out kitchens, bathrooms & flooring
- General repairs: brickwork, plastering & flooring
- Carpentry: doors, kitchens, skirting, frames
- Basic plumbing: taps, sanitaryware, pipework
- Decorating, tiling & finishing works
What You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2
- Strong multi‑trade skills across maintenance & refurbishment
- Ability to work independently and hit turnaround targets
- Good problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Health & safety awareness
Desirable
- CSCS card
- Social housing / voids experience
