Water Infrastructure Procurement Lead – Flexible Work

VGC is seeking an experienced procurement manager to join our Water, Aviation and Highways team. You will own end-to-end procurement activities for major water infrastructure projects, including subcontract packages and heavy materials, with NEC contract governance and a focus on best value.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and the ability to drive cost efficiencies across live projects and tenders.
