NatWest Group is seeking a Data Science & AI Lead to guide the Economic Crime Hub’s AI agenda. You will design, build, and scale production-grade models and decisioning systems, owning model lifecycle and governance to ensure safe, effective, and scalable outcomes.

You will lead a cross-functional team spanning Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and MLOps specialists. You will advance AI capabilities, including LLM-based use cases and agentic workflows, while embedding controls and risk management.
