• Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle (RIBA 0–7).• Assist in managing programme, cost, risk and reporting activities.• Contribute to project controls, governance reporting and progress updates.• Attend client and design team meetings, taking ownership of actions and coordination tasks.• Help build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.• Support procurement activities and tender processes.• Assist in the administration of contracts (JCT / NEC) under supervision.• Learn and apply AtkinsRéalis tools, systems and PM methodologies.• Contribute to business development research and bid preparation where appropriate.
Requirements
- Degree qualified (or working towards) in a construction-related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and confidence working in teams.
- Interest in developing a career across both public and private sector projects.
- Working towards professional accreditation (APM, RICS or CIOB).
