Facilities Service Desk Coordinator — Grow & Deliver

Mitie is seeking a motivated Service Desk Coordinator to join our facilities management team in the United Kingdom. You will gain exposure to service delivery processes, coordinate works for engineers and subcontractors, and manage documentation within Maximo and Click planning platforms.

You will learn to raise purchase orders, review certifications, and produce management information while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with colleagues, customers and supply chain partners.
