Student Engagement Officer — Champion Student Success

Birmingham Newman University is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Officer to join the Student Engagement team, within the Student Success Directorate, which coordinates a range of student support services.

You will work with academic faculties and professional services to identify students who may face barriers to success and develop initiatives using learner analytics, one-on-one support, and themed events to promote positive outcomes during their studies.
