Graduate Intern: Student Engagement & Achievement

The University of Derby is offering a Graduate Internship within the Student Engagement & Achievement (SE&A) Team. You will support proactive work with students at risk of disengagement, making contact via phone and email and guiding them to appropriate university services.

You will build supportive conversations, log interactions in student records, and contribute to improving progression, retention and the overall student experience while working closely with colleagues across the University.
