Hastings Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Insights and Automation Lead in a hybrid role (Bexhill, London or Leicester). You will shape QA insight, governance and reporting to strengthen customer outcomes, risk visibility and operational decision‑making.
You will own QA requirements, standards and governance for insight outputs, ensuring consistent, trusted decision‑making and targeted assurance using data, automation and AI across QA, Operations, Data and Change teams.
