Product Manager, AI Agents — Shape Enterprise Customer Bots

Sierra is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents in collaboration with our engineers and clients. You will engage with customers across levels, gather requirements, present demonstrations, and translate insights into product features that scale.
