Onsite IT Support Technician – End-User Services (Portsmouth)

Fujitsu is seeking a User Support Technician to provide on-site IT services for HMRC in Portsmouth (Cosham). You will be the face of Fujitsu, delivering hands-on support at the Connect IT Bar and assisting end users across the HMRC estate.

You will handle Windows 11, Office 365, PC hardware and peripherals, AV checks, and local moves on site, plus support Homeworkers when required. Build strong relationships with HMRC staff and third parties and help ensure services run smoothly.
