Heart of Kent Hospice is seeking an ambitious Retail Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across our charity retail estate of 14 shops. This hands-on leadership role will see you in shops, driving sales, cost control and standards through data-led dashboards.
You will line manage Shop Managers and the Transport & Logistics Manager, partnering with our Commercial Strategy & Insights Manager to translate strategy into consistent, profitable delivery on the ground.
