Senior Service Design Lead — Customer Experience

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Service Design Lead to steer the Service Design Team across digital, telephony and retail channels. You will shape the design direction, ensuring customer needs are central and that services are robust, inclusive and FCA compliant while supporting strategic targets.

The role is hybrid with some onsite presence in Leeds and a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will mentor designers, influence stakeholders including the C-suite, and drive service innovation
