Senior Block Manager – Residential Property & Compliance

deverellsmith is seeking an experienced Block Manager in Reading to oversee day-to-day operations of residential buildings within the BTR/PRS sectors. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and resident experience, reporting to the Compliance Manager.

You’ll manage service charge budgets, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement across processes and compliance. Hybrid working with some on-site requirements.
