Plant Operations Lead – Renewable Energy Facility

ENGIE Gorst Energy AD Facility is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day AD plant operations, optimise uptime and biogas output using SCADA and CMMS tools. You will coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise a team to ensure smooth running and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in process plant operations, supervisory experience in an industrial setting, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement within ENGIE’s renewable energy portfolio.
