Lookers Limited, operating Bishop Stortford Land Rover, is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team at Bishop Stortford. The role involves coaching staff, driving compliance and delivering strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
Permanent contract with a 44-hour weekly rota (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–17:00, Sun 11:00–15:00). Salary £55,000 OTE, including £35,000 basic plus bonus and Company Car.
