Senior Technology Project Lead for AI & Innovation Pilots

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Technology) to lead early-stage pilots and PoCs across the Research and Innovation space. You will structure governance, deliver cross-functional coordination, and drive recommendations from concept through testing and potential production readiness.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management with experience in AI/ tech-driven initiatives. Office-based with flexibility 1–2 days per week, in Stratford.
