• Experience of applying risk and control management in an operational and strategic context
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and scenario analysis methodologies
• Significant business and operational experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Experience of using reporting, analytics and visualisation tools such as AWS and Power BI
