Salary: £70,000 – 70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong experience supporting, developing, and maintaining IRESS Xplan solutions
- Hands‑on experience with Xplan configuration, workflows, and platform enhancements
- Experience developing solutions using Xmerge, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience creating and improving IRESS Xplan reports and templates
- Exposure to reporting and data tools including Power BI, Alteryx, and/or Snowflake
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to issue resolution
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience working within an agile technology environment
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve our Xplan solutions
- Deliver configuration changes and enhance workflows
- Support reporting capabilities that improve functionality and user experience across the platform
- Work across the full lifecycle of IRESS Xplan changes, from understanding requirements and developing enhancements through to supporting deployments
- Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with business analysts, application engineers, data teams, product teams, and wider stakeholders to deliver reliable Xplan solutions and ensure the platform continues to meet our needs
