Direct Tax Leader, Europe & International

TikTok is seeking an EUI Direct Tax Lead to oversee direct tax matters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and International. This leadership role partners with Finance, Legal and Policy to translate business strategy into scalable tax actions.

You will manage compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and tax risk across multiple jurisdictions, coach a regional team, and drive automation to support rapid growth.
