• Work directly with the founding team to ship new features into production weekly, impacting real‑world users immediately after model training.

The ideal candidate

• Has 4+ years of experience shipping production‑grade ML models, with specific depth in speech, audio, or low‑latency inference systems.
• Possesses strong MLOps skills, including hands‑on experience deploying to Kubernetes on AWS and maintaining high‑availability production environments.
• Holds an advanced degree from a top CS/ML program and thrives in a scrappy, in‑person London environment where they own technical outcomes end‑to‑end.
