Visitor Services Manager — Daytime Theatre Experience

Polka Theatre in London is seeking a Visitor Services Manager to help run our venue day to day, working closely with the Head of Operations and Visitor Services. You will line-manage the Volunteer Scheme Coordinator, Duty Managers and Visitor Services Attendants to ensure the highest standard of service, welcoming visitors to our venue, shop, café, indoor/outdoor play areas and garden.

You will maintain a professional, welcoming and safe environment and seek to maximise the customer experience.
