Hybrid Graduate AI Engineer in Fintech

Abound in London is launching a one-year graduate scheme in AI Engineering. You’ll join our AI Engineering team and ship code from week one, building Generative AI solutions for customer operations and lending workflows, with cross-functional collaboration to learn quickly and own projects.

The scheme includes mentorship, bi-annual reviews, and a clear path to a permanent role. Start date late September–early October 2026; hybrid work with 3 days in the office.
