Senior Housing Services Manager: Lead & Impact Lives

Home Group in Guildford is seeking a hands-on leader to guide and coach a dedicated team delivering supported housing services. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hpw) combines people leadership with service quality, safeguarding, and real customer impact to help colleagues thrive.

You’ll manage performance, KPIs, and contracts, work with customers and partners, and participate in the South on-call rota. DBS check is enhanced and a car is useful but not essential.
