Salary: £41,500 – 71,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering IAM transformation programmes.
- Strong cybersecurity background with hands‑on IAM expertise.
- Experience implementing IAM technologies and governance controls.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of IAM best practices and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- CISSP, CEH, OSCP or similar security certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on IAM strategy, architecture and best practices.
- Deliver key IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle management, role‑based access control, privileged access management, identity governance and access reviews, and authentication and access management.
- Work with business teams, technology teams and third‑party suppliers to implement IAM solutions.
- Define IAM controls, policies, processes and governance frameworks.
- Establish operational procedures, reporting, KPIs and service performance measures.
- Support migration from legacy access management processes to a modern IAM operating model.
