Identity & Access Management Security Specialist

Salary: £41,500 – 71,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering IAM transformation programmes.
• Strong cybersecurity background with hands‑on IAM expertise.
• Experience implementing IAM technologies and governance controls.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• CISSP, CEH, OSCP or similar security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on IAM strategy, architecture and best practices.
• Deliver key IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle management, role‑based access control, privileged access management, identity governance and access reviews, and authentication and access management.
• Work with business teams, technology teams and third‑party suppliers to implement IAM solutions.
• Define IAM controls, policies, processes and governance frameworks.
• Establish operational procedures, reporting, KPIs and service performance measures.
• Support migration from legacy access management processes to a modern IAM operating model.
