1st Line IT Support Engineer – Healthcare Tech

CHEC is seeking a dynamic 1st line IT Support Engineer to join our team as we expand across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering prompt and professional support to a private healthcare provider with over 500 employees.

The role covers the northern region with regular site visits. You will support colleagues via phone, email and remote tools, troubleshoot hardware and software faults, work with Microsoft stack and Azure, and escalate where needed to resolve
