Staff Engineer: Security Assurance & Audit Lead

Nscale is seeking a Staff Engineer for Security Assurance & Audit to lead a rigorous, audit-ready assurance function over our global AI infrastructure. This senior IC role directly collaborates with engineering, security, IT, legal, and operations to ensure robust controls and evidence readiness.

You will own assurance programs, drive site readiness, and support external and customer audits, while advancing automation and continuous readiness in a fast-moving AI cloud environment.
