People Experience & Culture Transformation Lead

GSK Barnard Castle is seeking an Employee Engagement & Culture Transformation Lead to shape and enable the site’s culture transformation agenda, partnering with Site Leadership Team to embed behaviours and governance into everyday priorities.

You will translate strategy into practical roadmaps, measure impact with culture metrics, and coach leaders to drive engagement, inclusion and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
