People Systems Analyst

Salary: £55,000 – 55,000 per year

Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience.
• Ability to independently manage system administration tasks.
• Strong experience in Employee Central.
• Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports.

Responsibilities

• Support, embed, and optimise our newly implemented SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Focus on reporting in the early stages of the role.
• Work across system configuration, workflow improvements, and project support.
• Support the current SuccessFactors modules in scope: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.

We are a renowned global law firm offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This is an additional headcount as we grow our People Systems team, which currently includes a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst based in our London office. We implemented SAP SuccessFactors last summer, and this role will play a key part in helping us embed and optimise the platform while also providing strong exposure to reporting, data, and insights.
