People Data & Insights Analyst

About the role

  • Opportunity to work closely with HR and business stakeholders, ensuring that data needs are met.
  • Your work will directly contribute to improving workforce planning, talent management, and the overall employee experience.
  • Hybrid 80% homeworking available and 20% in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

This 12‑month fixed‑term contract sits within the HR division and plays a key role in shaping people decisions through data. You will be responsible for extracting, analysing and translating HR data into meaningful insights that support decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering scheduled and bespoke HR management information, reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous quality checks, presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences, supporting process improvements, and coordinating external data research to benchmark the organisation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong background in relational databases and table structures, enabling effective management and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Proficiency in creating and distributing HR management information, reports and dashboards, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience designing data gathering options and solutions that allow precise measurement and analysis to support informed decision‑making.
  • Background in HR systems and management information analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful way.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerBI, to deliver data‑driven insights.
  • Experience working on or supporting projects is beneficial.
