Role Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for leading development across our core platform. Duties include writing high‑quality production code and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the core platform using a modern tech stack.
• Write maintainable, production‑grade .NET and React code.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver new features.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an EdTech or data‑driven SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of .NET, React, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to Agentic AI or LLM‑integrated platforms.
• Excellent coding, debugging, and code‑review skills.

Location & Remote Policy

Based in London with a remote‑first policy, requiring 1–3 office visits per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to £70,000 plus benefits.
