Requirements
- A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
- Strong A-Level results (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- A genuine passion for technology and software development.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Desirable: exposure to one or more programming languages.
- Desirable: basic understanding of SQL or databases.
- Desirable: personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
- Support system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
- Work with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
- Assist Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Contribute to continuous improvements across products and services.
