Job Description:

Salary: £35,000 – 38,000 per year

Requirements

  • A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
  • Strong A-Level results (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • A genuine passion for technology and software development.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Desirable: exposure to one or more programming languages.
  • Desirable: basic understanding of SQL or databases.
  • Desirable: personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
  • Support system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
  • Work with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
  • Assist Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across products and services.
